What is a Nykaa haul? Meaning and a sale haul checklist
A Nykaa haul is a batch of Nykaa beauty or fashion purchases shown together, not a Nykaa feature. Here is what people mean by it and the checks to run before you copy one.
On this page
A Nykaa haul is a batch of beauty or fashion items bought from Nykaa and shown together, usually in a video or post. It is a creator genre, not a feature of the Nykaa app. Whether an item is worth buying depends on the listing, so check the price, the seller and the return terms yourself.
What is a Nykaa haul?
A shopping haul is a group of things bought in one order or trip and shown together. A Nykaa haul is the same idea with Nykaa as the store. We could not find a haul feature on any Nykaa page we could check (Nykaa blocked our automated check, so look in the app yourself), and in search the word mostly points to creator videos. Similar guides cover Meesho and Myntra.
How people use the term
Searches and videos around “Nykaa haul” usually group by what was bought:
- Makeup hauls, lipsticks, foundations and palettes shown one by one.
- Skincare hauls, serums, sunscreens and moisturisers, often with a routine.
- Nykaa Fashion hauls, clothes and accessories bought from the fashion side of the store.
- Sale hauls, built around a sale event. Nykaa runs sale events; check the app for current ones.
Is a Nykaa haul worth it? Checks to run
No haul video can tell you whether a product is worth buying, and neither can we. What you can do is check each item before you order:
- Compare the same shade and pack size. A 30 ml and a 50 ml pack, or two shades of one product, are not the same item. Compare what you would pay in the end, including delivery.
- MRP vs selling price. A struck-through MRP is only a reference price. Read MRP vs selling price and is that discount real? before trusting a percentage.
- Seller. The listing shows who sells the item. Note whether it is Nykaa itself or a marketplace seller, and read the reviews for that listing.
- Expiry, manufacture date and batch number. On arrival, find them on the pack. As general advice, avoid products where they are missing or unreadable, and ask the seller through the app if unsure. We have not checked which labelling rule applies, so we cite none.
- Shade, ingredients and allergies. Read the ingredient list against anything you react to. Shade names look different on every screen, so check swatches on skin close to your tone.
- Return terms. We have not verified Nykaa’s current terms, so we do not state them. Check Nykaa’s own return page and the listing before you order.
- Delivery time. Note the estimated delivery date shown for your pincode.

What a haul video shows and what it hides
- Shows: the product on camera, the shade in the creator’s lighting, the total spent.
- May not show: the MRP versus what was actually paid, or whether the items were gifted or sponsored.
- May not show: how the product behaves on your skin type, or after a few weeks of use.
- May not show: the seller, the pack size bought, or whether anything was returned afterwards.
HAULS is pre-launch and does not check any of this for you yet. It is being built to show recent price history, so you can compare a haul price with what an item sold for earlier. More guides are in our guides.
Bank and card offers
Check the offers shown at Nykaa checkout, and work out the final price after any offer before you decide. Our discounts page lists only offers that a bank or store publishes itself, with the source and the date we read it.
